 Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government Chairman Charges New Secretary to Work Harmoniously






The Chairman of Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government, Hon. Lawal Wasiu FCA, has urged the newly appointed Secretary to the Local Government, Mr. Mohammed Ogabi, to work collaboratively with the management team to drive development in the council area.

At the inauguration ceremony held at the Council Secretariat, Hon. Lawal Adewale emphasized the importance of teamwork and adherence to statutory obligations advising Ogabi to view his new role as a call to duty, rather than an opportunity for personal gain.

The Chairman expressed his gratitude to Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun CON and the Deputy Governor, Her Excellency Engr. Noimot Salako, for her leadership role in supporting the appointment of Mr. Ogabi. 

Responding, the newly sworn-in Local Government Secretary, Mr. Muhammed Ogabi promised to strictly adhere to the decorum of the  Local Government adding that the legacy of His Excellency, the Governor of Ogun State will be sustained.

The Head of Local Government Administration, Alhaji Junaid Wasiu said it is imperative to ensure all hands on deck to work assiduously with the political functionaries in order to take the local government to a greater height.
