10 KEY FACTS ABOUT RIVERS STATE’S NEW ADMINISTRATOR, VICE ADMIRAL IBOK-ETE IBAS
Following President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s declaration of a state of emergency in Rivers State, Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas (rtd.) has been appointed as the Sole Administrator to oversee the affairs of the oil-rich state. Here are ten key facts about the new administrator:
